Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only for products that are received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for an exchange request:
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage. Requests without unboxing video proof will not be considered.
- The product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
- Not washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
